Money's tight right now. Are there any options for affordable social media coaching?

Recognising the challenges of financial constraints, we provide business and social media coaching packages at a budget-friendly price-point. It is important to enter into coaching with the mindset that it is an investment into your future, rather than an expense.

I'm not on the Gold Coast. Can I still access your coaching services?

While we love catching up for a coffee with our clients, our coaching services are accessible regardless of your location (Ever heard of virtual coffee dates?!). We’ve successfully worked with clients Australia-wide, so distance is absolutely not a barrier.

Let's talk commitment. How much time should I set aside for your coaching program?

Your time is valuable, and our coaching program is designed with flexibility in mind. While the commitment is adaptable to your schedule, we recommend dedicating a few focused hours each week to maximise the benefits of the program.

Our flexible cancel anytime programs mean that you can benefit from our services for as little as six weeks, or, like many clients, choose to continue our partnership over the long term. The beauty of our coaching programs is that you can get as little or as much as you like out of them.

What do I do if there are no coaching spots available?

If you find that coaching spots are currently unavailable, don’t worry! You can join our waitlist to secure a spot as soon as one becomes available. We appreciate your interest and are committed to accommodating everyone, ensuring you receive the support you need when coaching spots open up.

Can I choose a specific coach to work with?

Absolutely! We believe in the power of a strong coach-client connection. While we can recommend a coach based on your needs, you’re welcome to choose a specific coach to work with, ensuring a partnership that resonates with you. Please note this is subject to coach availability.

How can I ensure my coaching partnership is a good fit?

Ensuring a good fit is crucial, and we’ve got you covered. Our initial consultations allow us to understand your goals, challenges, and expectations, so we can pair you with your perfect coaching match! But fret not if you are struggling to feel a connection with your coach. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your coaching experience.

What happens when I decide I no longer require coaching?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but it means we’ve done our job. We’ll leave you with a robust business strategy that you can continue to tailor as your business grows and evolves, allowing you to achieve sustained year-on-year growth. Rest assured, we’ll continue to cheer you on from the sidelines, and we’re only ever a click of a button away if you decide you need a bit of extra guidance.

Member Questions

How do I access the Envy Academy courses?

To access the Envy Academy courses, just log in to the member portal on our website. There, you’ll find our online education hub with all the courses ready for you to explore and enrol in.

I’m already subscribed to a coaching plan, can I take part in the challenges as well?

Feel free to join our challenges if you’re already on a coaching plan, however if you’re aiming to maximise your value, our coaching packages include everything in the challenges and more. Our challenges are better suited to those seeking a less tailored approach or those who have already completed one of our coaching programs.

I’ve forgotten my member login, what do I do?

It happens to the best of us! Follow the ‘Forgot My Password’ prompts on the login page or email hello@envysocialandco.com.au for support.

How do I access the project management app and social media scheduling app?

Instructions for accessing the project management app and social media scheduling app are detailed in your onboarding email. If you haven’t received your onboarding email, please ensure you check your junk or spam mail folder. Email hello@envysocialandco.com.au or contact your coach if you have any further questions.

Payment Questions

How often will I be billed for your coaching services?

Subscriptions are charged on a weekly basis.

Do I need to pay a cancellation fee when I decide I no longer require coaching?

Nope! You won’t need to pay a cancellation fee as long as you provide a 14-day notice period and complete the minimum 12-week commitment term. Please email hello@envysocialandco.com.au or contact our coach if you wish to cancel your coaching program.
